By participating in beta testing with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Giving Feedback
We ask that you provide detailed feedback, including: which feature you are referring to, what the current problem is, and if you have any suggestions on how it can be improved. Additionally, we ask that you be respectful. We're still humans with feelings, after all!
Confidentiality
Software in beta may contain unreleased features. We ask that you do not share screenshots, recordings, or any information about the application publicly without prior permission from the developers.
Additionally, we ask that you do not publicly release beta testing links without prior permission. You are welcome to freely share links to our social media to let others join the testing.
Privacy
BlueLoch takes privacy incredibly seriously. As such, we aim to be transparent about any data we collect. Whilst the app itself may not collect data once released to the public, both Apple and Android™ devices will automatically provide us with some analytics, during beta testing, to help us improve our app. This includes:
Crash logs, usage information, and your device model and specifications.
When this data is submitted to us by Apple or Google, it may include your email address and name. No information we receive is shared to third parties; it will be used solely for the improvement of the relevant app.
